Using the experiences

You may access, explore and play the official services for lawful, personal, noncommercial use under these Terms. This is a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the services as provided; it does not transfer ownership of any material. If you do not accept these conditions, do not use the services. Where applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before using the services.

The services are independent creative reconstructions and games, not official municipal services. Architectural, historical and business details may be stylized, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them for navigation, safety or current business information. Zombie Unirii contains fictional violence and horror.

Copyright and copying restrictions

Unauthorized copying of Playbreak LLC’s protected material is strictly prohibited.

Without prior written permission, you must not reproduce, extract, scrape, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, mirror, clone or reuse our protected code, text, designs, original art, audio, animations or game assets, or use them in derivative products or training datasets. Do not remove notices or misrepresent authorship. Normal browser caching required to use the service is permitted.

These restrictions apply only to rights Playbreak LLC holds. Mandatory legal exceptions and separately applicable third-party, open-source and public-domain permissions remain intact. See our Copyright notice and credits. The noncommercial conditions of independently licensed assets still apply.

Fair and responsible play

Do not use the services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, harass another player, impersonate someone, or disclose sensitive personal information. Do not attack, overload or disrupt the service; exploit vulnerabilities; bypass access or invitation controls; or use automation or cheats to interfere with other players.

You may share public website links and private match invitations for their intended purpose. Keep private invitations with the people you intend to invite. Anyone holding a valid invitation may be able to join an available seat. Use a nickname rather than personal or sensitive information. You allow us to display your selected name and gameplay state to participants in your match as needed to operate multiplayer.

Availability and saves

These experiences are evolving software. Features, balance and content may change; connections or sessions may end; and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent saves. Local progress and preferences depend on your browser and may be lost when site data is cleared or devices change. Multiplayer state is temporary rather than a permanent account record.

We may restrict access or discontinue a feature to protect users, address misuse, maintain the service or meet legal requirements. Nothing here removes any notice, refund or other right that applicable law requires.

Privacy and other websites

Our Privacy policy explains browser storage, multiplayer data and hosting. Links to independent websites are provided for reference; their services and policies are their own.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available without promises of error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your lawful use of the services. Playbreak LLC is not responsible for losses caused by uses outside the intended experience or events beyond its reasonable control, except where applicable law makes us responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes legal exceptions to intellectual-property protection. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as the services change. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law; no update retroactively removes rights already granted under an applicable third-party licence.
