Scope
This policy covers piataunirii.com, its exploration experience, zombie.piataunirii.com and their official hosting or preview addresses. The current experiences do not require a player account or payment and do not include advertising, player chat, voice chat or behavioral analytics integrations. Hosting and security services still process technical information.
Information used by the experiences
| Information | Purpose and handling |
|---|---|
| Local exploration saves | Landmarks visited, collected postcards, distance walked, guide progress and earned scene photos are saved in your browser so you can continue exploring. |
| Local game preferences | Character, sensitivity, sound settings, display name and personal bests are kept in browser storage. Match reconnection tokens use session storage. |
| Multiplayer information | When you choose co-op, the server receives your chosen name, character, weapon, mode, room/session identifiers, invitation or reconnection token, and gameplay inputs. Other participants receive the name, profile and shared gameplay state needed to play together, such as position, health and combat statistics. |
| Technical and security information | Cloudflare processes network information such as IP addresses and traffic-routing data to deliver and protect the service. Application diagnostics include operational events, timestamps, room/session identifiers, connection status and aggregate counts. The backend also uses the network address it receives for rate limiting. |
| Messages you send us | If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include so we can respond and handle the request. |
Use a nickname in co-op and avoid putting sensitive information in your display name. The main and zombie subdomains have separate browser storage. Solo play and scene photos are not uploaded as player profiles or cloud saves by the current application.
Photos, sound and asset tools
Photo mode captures the rendered 3D scene, not your device camera. The current clients do not request your microphone, device camera or precise geolocation. Mira’s voice and other character/model assets are prepared before publication and served as files. Playing does not send your speech or a conversation to ElevenLabs, Meshy or an AI assistant.
Browser storage and invitations
Local and session storage support saves, preferences and reconnection rather than advertising tracking. The application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting or security infrastructure may use essential mechanisms under its own service configuration.
You can clear site data in your browser to remove local saves and preferences; doing so may reset progress and prevent a previous session from reconnecting. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab/session, subject to your browser’s behavior. Explicitly leaving a match removes that room’s reconnection entry.
Private invitation URLs contain a room identifier and invitation token. They can appear in browser history and in the clipboard when you choose Copy link. Share them only with intended players. The invitation is not an account password, but it can provide access to a match seat.
Why information is processed
We use information to provide the features you choose, keep saves and preferences, run and reconnect private matches, protect the services, diagnose failures, respond to requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant grounds are providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in security, reliability and support, and applicable legal obligations. If a future optional feature requires consent, we will request it where required; you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Providers and other recipients
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the sites, proxies multiplayer connections and hosts the game server. It processes network and security information as described in its Privacy policy. Colyseus is server software used within our hosting setup, not a separate public player-account service in this deployment.
Match participants receive the information necessary to share a game. Email providers process messages you choose to send us. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse or maintain security. External links lead to independent sites with their own policies.
Retention and international processing
Local saves have no application-set expiry and remain until cleared, replaced or removed by the browser. Match state is held temporarily in server memory and removed when a room is disposed; abandoned waiting lobbies expire and disconnected seats currently have a 120-second reconnection grace. This does not mean that operational logs disappear at the same time.
Technical records follow operational/security needs and the hosting service’s configured retention. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. We do not promise an exact deletion period for provider logs that is not set by the application.
Hosting and communications may involve processing outside your country, including locations used by Cloudflare’s network. Applicable transfer requirements and provider contractual safeguards apply where required. Contact us for information about the handling of a specific request or record.
Your choices and rights
You can choose solo rather than co-op, use a nickname, avoid sharing invitations publicly, and clear browser saves. We cannot recover local data after it has been erased from your device.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Email hello@playbreak.co with enough detail to identify the request. We may reasonably verify your identity; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents. Some rights have legal limits, and we cannot retrieve data that we do not hold.
Parents or guardians with a concern about a child’s information can contact the same address. Please do not put a child’s personal information into a multiplayer nickname or invitation.
Security and changes
We use hosting security, access controls and limited-purpose game sessions to protect the services, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep private links private and contact hello@playbreak.co if you notice a security or privacy concern.
We will update this policy when data practices change. The date on this page identifies the current version, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
