Copyright

No unauthorized copying

Except where mandatory law or an applicable third-party licence expressly permits it, you may not copy, reproduce, extract, scrape, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, mirror, clone, or reuse Playbreak LLC’s protected website or game material without our prior written permission. This includes protected code, written content, original artwork, interface designs, audio, animations and original game assets, and using that material to build derivative products or training datasets.

Giving credit alone is not permission. Removing copyright notices or presenting our protected work as your own is prohibited.

What you may do

You may view, explore and play through the official websites for personal, noncommercial use under our Terms. Temporary technical copies needed for normal browser operation are permitted. You may share links to the websites and use the game’s invitation links for their intended purpose; this does not grant permission to redistribute the underlying material.

Third-party rights stay with their owners

This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of third-party assets, public-domain material, geographic facts or material separately released under an open licence. Applicable third-party and open-source licences continue to govern those materials, including any permissions they grant. Our restrictions do not override those licences or rights provided by law.

See the credits and asset attributions for source-specific notices. Do not assume that permission for one asset extends to the whole site or game.

Permission and copyright requests

For permission, contact hello@playbreak.co with the material, proposed use and distribution details. Permission must be given in writing and only covers the use expressly approved.

If you believe material on either service infringes your rights, send the relevant URL, a description of your work and your rights, and a way to contact you. We may request information needed to assess the claim. We may restrict unauthorized uses and pursue remedies available under applicable law.
